There are always people there ready to listen and not judge, no matter what the situation is, friends and family can be a great source of support, but don’t forget you can always talk to your child’s School Nurse, GP or a trusted teacher.

The YoungMinds Parents Helpline is open from 9.30 to 4.00pm, Mon- Fri, they offer free, confidential online and telephone support, including information and advice, to any adult worried about the emotional problems, behaviour or mental health of a child or young person up to the age of 25. Call them on 0808 802 5544.
If you feel you don’t have anyone to talk to, or the service you want to access is closed you could call the Samaritans confidentially, 24 hours a day on 116123.
