This website has been created as a free emotional health and wellbeing resource for young people, parents, carers and professionals in the North Lincolnshire area. The aim is to make information on a range of topics available to everyone, each section will give you an introduction to the topic and then answer some of the most common questions.
There are a wide range of topics covered on the site, from school nursing to bereavements but the aim is to add topics as requested and make it as easy as possible for you to find your way around.
This website does not diagnose or give you the ability to self-diagnose, if you want more information or are concerned about an issue there are lots of services who can help. Find out which one is best on a topic page or have a look at the contacts list.
Life Central is primarily for Children and young people living in North Lincolnshire but there are also sections for parents, careers and professionals. Each section has information tailored to the specific audience.
Who created it?
Life Central has been developed as part of our local work to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of children and young people. Young people told us they wanted timely access to trusted sources of information, this website aims to empower young people with the provision of information to help them help themselves. This website has been funded and developed as part of our local CAMHS Transformation Plan.
